The restaurant offers a variety of authentic Thai dishes, celebrating regional flavors with ingredients sourced directly from Thailand. Signature dishes include Pad Thai made with tamarind from Phetchabun and curries from coastal Trang, all prepared using family recipes from the founder, Saiphin.

In addition to its regular menu, Rosa’s Thai provides a semi-private dining space for up to 55 guests, making it suitable for private parties and celebrations. They also offer a Feast Menu for larger groups, featuring a selection of small bites and classic Thai mains. Students can enjoy a 20% discount on food from Sunday to Thursday, encouraging a vibrant dining atmosphere reminiscent of Thailand's lively food culture.
