Every Wizardly subscription includes: lovemy.town (your branded town guide), homesinmy.town (AI property search and buyer alerts portal), listingWizard (AI property descriptions), reviewWizard (Google review management and AI replies), and postWizard (social media content automation).

The first estate agent to sign up in any town gets a permanently locked rate of £25+VAT/month — half the standard price. It's one agent per town, and once it's claimed, it's gone. Your price never rises.

Each physical office location counts as one branch. If you have two offices in different towns, that's two branches. Each branch is £50+VAT/month.

Standard plans are month-to-month — cancel any time. The First in Town founding rate is locked in permanently from your first payment, with no minimum term beyond the initial 14-day free trial.
